Service Description
Whether you're new completely new to Fitness or have had some experience Personal Training can add value to your life! Enjoy tailored to YOU Fitness Programs whether you are looking to improve movement, quality of life or gain strength! In this session we work on your goals whether fat loss, strength training or muscle gain. Or perhaps you just want to FEEL healthier! Equipment can be provided as requested (if in person training), however if you'd like to purchase your own before you begin I would suggest it so you have them for your own personal use.
Cancellation Policy
CLASSES/APPOINTMENTS: To cancel or reschedule a class/appointment, please do so within 24 hours of the start time of your class/appointment. There are no refunds if you do not cancel prior to 24 hours before the class/appointment start time. EVENTS/WORKSHOPS: There are no refunds for cancellations on Events, Workshops or Retreats. Please know that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exceptions.
